Product Description
The Marimekko Lauhtua Scarf features the Osteri (oyster) pattern, a combination of checks and organic shapes in black, navy and green. It is made from silk, in a twill weave, with stitched edges. The scarf comes in a Marimekko Lokki pattern gift box.
The Osteri pattern was designed by Maija Isola, who drew inspiration for her work from countless trips around the world. The pattern was originally part of the Aurinko ja Meri (The Sun and the Sea) collection, in which patterns were inspired by the island of Crete in the Mediterranean Sea.
