The Little Brown Barn Owl is part of Oiva Toikka’s Birds by Toikka collection. Small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, the little owl is a petite version of Iittala’s Barn Owl. It is made of mouth blown glass by skilled glassblowers at the Iittala Glass Factory in Finland. Each bird is a one of a kind art object.
Professor Oiva Toikka is one of the great names of Finnish design. As of 1972, his Birds by Toikka collection includes over 500 handcrafted species. His limitless imagination and knowledge of glass has made it possible to create small miracles of life. His birds are sought after by collectors around the world.
