Abundant with material and atmospheric references from the SoHo location of the Howard Hotel, for which they were originally designed, they exude a warm, tactile feel. Four long, slender, ‘octopus arms’ provide a modern and sophisticated shape, while the gunmetal brass shades with a brushed brass interior lend an industrial and functional aesthetic. For a more gentle effect, a bone china shade – providing softer, more glowing ambient light – can also be selected. The carefully crafted Howard Chandelier is the centrepiece of the Howard Collection which can be combined to create a highly coherent atmosphere in the home, hotel or boardroom.
