The Areaware Menorah is both simple and ceremonial. Designed by Josh Owen, it is made from a single piece of solid cast iron. Its base doubles as a tray which is perfect for holding used matches and catching wax drippings.
The Menorah is a recipient of the 2011 Chicago Good Design Award. It is included in the permanent collections of the Memorial Art Gallery, the National Museum of American Jewish History and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
