The Marimekko Laptop Sleeve is made of recycled polyester. It features the Unikko pattern in black and black.
The padded sleeve can fit a 13” laptop. It has an inside slip-in pocket, a zipper closure and leather details, and a Marimekko keychain and label attached to its front.
The Unikko (poppy) pattern was designed in 1964 by Maija Isola. At that time, Marimekko’s founder Armi Ratia ruled out the design of floral patterns. She believed flowers were more beautiful in nature than on textiles. Over time, Ratia’s opinion changed. Today, this famous poppy is known as the symbol of Marimekko.
