Shopping at The Century House during COVID-19
Our showrooms are open with safety measures in place like wearing masks, social distancing and lots of cleaning. We are also available via appointment and are happy to consult and work with you via, webchat, email, text, phone or however you prefer. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Are you able to do In-Home delivery.?
Yes. Our Delivery Team Members sanitize their hands, gloves, truck interiors and door handles, and tools before each delivery. They also wear a mask and gloves and maintain six feet of distance from you and ask that you do the same.. No-contact delivery is available upon request. If anyone in your household is ill, we ask that you request no-contact delivery or reschedule your delivery. We will hold your items at no additional cost to you. Most standard shipping will not involve entering the home.
How long will I have to wait for delivery?
This may be the hardest question. The pandemic has caused much disruption to the supply chain and logistics. New Delays are popping up daily. We are doing everything we can to keep up with high demand at the same time many of our suppliers are experiencing challenges in supply and staffing. Even the process of building your furniture has changed as many of our factories have had to re-think the production floor for distancing and safety concerns. Even in stock accessory items sometimes are at the mercy of USPS as they been experiencing delays in shipping some of our small items. For many reasons, some lead-times may be longer than typical and in some cases may change. We try to be open and transparent about all production and shipping times.
Can I pick up my order?
Always. We are willing to help with Curbside or in-store pickup, just let us know or select that option. We are happy to help you load your vehicle
Can I come into the showroom?
Yes. For everyone’s health and safety, wearing a mask is required while shopping at our Showrooms.
Visitors of All ages must wear a mask that covers nose and mouth at all times. Additionally,
-Practice social distancing during your visit.
-No food or beverages in the showroom.
-We are limiting the Numbers of customers in the showrooms, so occasionally the door may be temporarily locked. You can always schedule an appointment to avoid the crowds.
Can I get help remotely with my space?
Yes – We can work with you via any channel you like to consult on your space. We would love to get involved in your next design project. Contact us.
