BDI Cascadia 8257 Cabinet
Substantial construction and beautiful metal legs create an irresistible aesthetic for the Cascadia Series by BDI. The 8257 Home Theater Cabinet has plenty of storage and can accommodate TV's up to 73". A large open compartment is perfect for a speaker or large component. Three additional component compartments are concealed by a grey tinted glass drop down door. The grey glass created a clean look while allowing IR remote access. A hidden shelf on the back of the cabinet is the perfect place for storing a power strip. Choose from Natural Walnut, Chocolate Stained Walnut and Espresso Stained Oak. This unit is compatible with the Arena 9972 TV Mount.
Cable Management
Integrated routing channels help conceal and organize interconnect cables. Cabinets have easily removable back panels to provide easy access to wiring.
Flow-Through Ventilation
BDI has designed generous ventilation openings to allow proper air flow. Keeping your components cool will allow for peak performance. Ventilation openings are integrated into bottom panels, shelves and removable back panels.
Integrated Levelers
Most floors are not quite level. Levelers allow you to ensure that your TV is level and the cabinet is sitting level to prevent uneven spaces around doors or drawers.
Tempered Glass
BDI uses tempered glass for their furniture, which is virtually shatterproof and 4-5 times stronger than standard glass. Tempered glass is designed to support the weight of heavy TV's and components.
Precision Hardware
High quality European style hinges are selected to ensure easy assembly and long lasting durability. Hinges are adjustable to ensure doors will swing and close smoothly. Most cabinets have soft close hinges, which allow you to close doors without worrying about damage or loud slamming noises.
