Straight Chair by Knoll

This beautifully crafted solid wood chair was designed by George Nakashima in 1948. Simple design combined with attention to detail create a comfortable and classic chair. The Straight chair is constructed with a solid American Walnut seat, turned American Walnut legs and stretchers and contrasting Hickory spindles. The chair has a clear low-sheen finish to protect the wood and nylon glides on the bottom of the legs. Each chair features George Nakashima's signature under the seat.

*American Walnut exhibits a high degree of natural color characteristics, ranging in color from chocolate, grey and puplish-browns to deep honey. Color variation will soften and become more uniform over time.

The Straight Chair is Greenguard certified.
